We train our Pinot vines to produce lower yields, resulting in a richer color and texture and more prominent flavors. Our 2008 vintage is 100% Pommard clone, offering a fruit forward Pinot that seeks the more traditionally minded. Sensations of dark cherry, sour cranberry and vanilla precede rich characteristics of black pepper and maple aromas and flavors through the finish.

Aromas and flavors of pear, honeydew melon, pineapple, lemon, lime, shortbread and herbaceous notes of tarragon.

Well balanced and light bodied, our 2009 vintage is noted for its citrus palate. Sophisticated and crisp, a torrent of lemon, lime and grapefruit cascade into flavors of nectarine, peach, jasmine and slate. The moderate acids of this old-world style white make for a very food-friendly wine.
