Last Saturday we enjoyed pouring our wines at the first annual East Willamette Valley Wine Fest, hosted by the East Valley Winery Association. Our 2009 Semi-Sparkling Chardonnay, Bubela's Blend, was the People's Choice winner!

From The Vineyard: Crimson Clover Blooms

Last fall we planted crimson clover in every third row in the Gewurztraminer blocks. The lush crimson flowers are a beautiful addition to the vineyard and provide added biomass, green manuring and nitrogen additions.

We finished bottling our 2009 vintage white wines this week! Soon we will be able to offer you our 2009 Gewurztraminer, 0ur 2009 Riesling and new this year, our 2009 semi-sparkling white blend that we will be labeling Bubela's Blend! We personally handled each and every bottle through filling, capping and labeling and we hope that you enjoy the hand-crafted wines as much as we do!
